This week on Political Stripes Bob speaks with David Miliband about his history of public service, current events around the world, and his new role as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the International Rescue Committee.

David is a former British Labour Party politician,[1] who was the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs from 2007 to 2010 and the Member of Parliament (MP) for South Shields from 2001 to 2013, he and his brother, Ed Miliband, were the first siblings to sit in the Cabinet simultaneously since Lord Edward Stanley and Oliver Stanley in 1938.

In 2013, David resigned to take up his current role with the International Rescue Committee.
